Without rent-to-own, a typical $4,000 building would commonly be sold for less, usually reduced 10 percent. But with rent-to-own, customers are focused on the ability to finance the purchase – without a credit check – for a reasonable monthly payment.

All dealers receive a personalized handbook with information about BLI, rental-purchase agreements, rent-to-own features, customer information and more. This is also available in the Dealer's Area.

Prompt Payment to Dealers
Dealers can be confident they will be paid within 5-7 business days after submitting a complete agreement to us, and BLI pays on a daily cycle. Direct deposit is an option as well.

AppXpress is the process for submitting rent-to-own agreements online through the Dealer's Area. It reduces and even eliminates mistakes, which means our dealers are paid even more quickly. There's no paperwork to complete! Simply enter the customer's information and click Print.

Individual Login to the Dealers Website
Reports are updated online each night, so dealers can access helpful information 24/7. Necessary documents, forms and memos are available there as well.

Survey Phone Call
We call customers after they receive their buildings, and dealers receive feedback on the quality of their service and products.

Instant Approval from the Info Sheet
Dealers don’t have to wait on a financing company for approval, because there’s no credit check for customers. Dealers approve applications based on BLI’s Points System.

Multiple Payment Options for Customers
Customers can make payments by phone, mail, online or can set up AutoPay with a bank account or credit card.

One-Month Agreement/EPO for Customers
Customers are not bound by long contracts, because they can choose to terminate at any time. They can also exercise the Early Purchase Option and save 45 percent by ending the agreement early.

Reserve Account for Customers
Any additional funds customers want to put toward the lease go to a Reserve Account, and those funds can be applied to the EPO at any time.

Optional Liability Damage Waiver for Customers
With the LDW, customers can be forgiven of their remaining rental payments if an act of God totally destroys their building. It also covers repairs for minor damages caused by acts of God.
