Your Rent-to-Own Source

How does it work?

BLI Rentals provides everything you need to process a rent-to-own (RTO) contract. All you have to do is collect a small security deposit and the first month's rent from the customer. Once we receive and process the contract, BLI will promptly pay you for the building.

Within our agreement, in the event of a return per customer request or payment default, dealers pick up the building and bring it to their sales lot for resale. BLI pays dealers for pickup, a commission when resold, and a delivery fee when it is delivered to a new customer.

• Our website updates your Dealer's Area daily with an up-to-date Inventory Report, a Pickup Follow-up Report and active Pickup notices. The Inventory Report shows the condition, location and our sales target price. The Pickup report is a snapshot of all active pickup notices.
